The Cottage Garden Nursery, Poolewe

Specialising in plants that will thrive in a coastal garden, the Cottage Garden Nursery is located 2km north of Poolewe.  Stocking alpines, bulbs, ferns, grasses, heathers, herbs, perennials, shrubs, trees and bedding plants in season, the nursery is open from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday from mid March to mid October.  When the midges are too bad or the rain too heavy you can take shelter in their second hand bookshop.
