Coast House – 1 cottage sleeping 4. Located at Second Coast, 2 miles from Laide.
Coast House is a croft house situated just 2 miles from Laide in the seaside village of Second Coast. This pretty house, painted in traditional colours of white with green paintwork, is about 90 years old and sits on a hilltop surrounded by croft land and superb coastal views towards Laide, Summer Isles and Gruinard Bay
The accommodation is comfortable, clean and furnished in cottage style wooden furniture, in keeping with the age of the house.
Upstairs: Sleeps 4 guests in 1 double and 1 twin room both with natural wooden floors. There is also a newly refurbished luxury shower room and toilet.
Downstairs: There is a sitting room with coal fire, video and colour TV and a dining room at the front of the house with a large farmhouse table, two comfy chairs, an additional television and a large wood burning stove which runs partial central heating.
The fully equipped kitchen and utility room are to the rear of the house and contain an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and ample storage space.
The property is heated by the coal fire, wood burning stove and electric heaters and electricity and coal used should be paid for on departure.
Guests at the property have full use of its small garden to the front and rear, equipped with a barbecue, garden bench and chairs and full freedom to use all the land down to the bay and its beautiful coves.

Foxglove Cottage -Laide
Set in its peaceful woodland garden, Foxglove Cottage is a traditional stone built croft house, which has been sympathetically renovated and extended. Its situation at the northern extremity of the peninsula between Loch Ewe and Gruinard Bay gives superb views of the Summer Isles and mountains to the north and east. Nearby Mellon Udrigle beach is the perfect sandy bay for swimming, boating and building sand castles.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. Duvets and bed linen are provided. A cot and high chair are also available. There are 2 bathrooms each with bath and shower with separate WC. The large and comfortable sitting room with multifuel stove has three windows overlooking the private and secluded garden. The kitchen and utility room are well equipped and have ample storage. Facilities include fridge, fridge-freezer, electric cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble drier. Many of our visitors return year after year for a restful holiday in beautiful and tranquil surroundings.
Electricity is charged according to meter readings at beginning and end of stay. The solid fuel is included in the rent.
We are open all year. Pets welcome.

Situated at Ormiscaig close to the village of Aultbea on the east side of Loch Ewe, the bungalow has panoramic views of the Torridon hills.
`Beinn Eighe` sleeps 5 people and offers the following:
Open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. Bathroom with bath and shower. One double and one twin bedded room each with vanity basin and one single bedroom. Fenced garden and parking for two cars.
The bungalow is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine with tumble dryer, central heating by night storage heaters, coal effect fire, TV, video, radio/cassette and duvets on all beds.
Electricity and bed linen are included in the tariff. Cot/high chair by arrangement. Groceries may be ordered in advance. Sorry – no pets
