A delightful bed and breakfast set in colourful gardens and overlooking Loch Ewe and the mountains beyond.
All three guest rooms are en-suite, with tea and coffee making facilities, electric blankets, and central heating.
Breakfast is served in our guest dining room.
All our guests are made welcome with refreshments on arrival. Visitors can relax throughout the day in our spacious guest lounge, which has a large selection of books, and spectacular views across Loch Ewe. In the evening tea is also served in the lounge.
We aim to use local produce and home baking wherever possible, and are happy to cater for vegetarian or special diets on request. Our breakfast menu offers an excellent choice:

Aultbea is a great centre for walking, bird watching, fishing or just relaxing, with a shop, post office and two hotels in the village. Close to the world famous Inverewe Garden at Poolewe, and near to several sandy beaches. Gairloch, only 12 miles south, has a supermarket and several smaller shops, an award-winning museum, horse riding, boat trips, and fishing trips.
We are a non-smoking establishment and regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.

Strathdale Bed and Breakfast, Aultbea
Strathdale is a modern bed and breakfast in a quiet location but close to the main Gairloch to Ullapool road and convenient for local shops (small supermarket, butcher and post office), and 2 hotels with restaurants. The surrounding area is ideal for walkers. Inverewe Garden is only 5 miles to the south and several sandy beaches are nearby.
Strathdale sits in an elevated position above the village of Aultbea with stunning views over Loch Ewe and to the mountains beyond. You will be assured of a warm welcome, with tea and home baking.
Strathdale has two double rooms, one en-suite and one with private facilities.
We regret that we cannot cater for children, smokers or pets.
